The Private Shopping Preview is an exclusive, five-hour opportunity to purchase one-of-a kind beads and beautiful jewelry before the Show opens to the general public on Friday morning. You must be a registered attendee or registered wholesale buyer to attend the Preview night.
Wholesale Buyers
If you attend the Show to conduct wholesale business, we encourage you to come on Thursday evening during the Private Shopping Preview. If you register for classes, you can order a wholesale badge designation with your class registration. If you are not registering for classes, you can order a wholesale badge for a $25.00 fee. Although wholesale business is not limited to Thursday evening, wholesale buyers should consider this the primary night for trade transactions. Your $25.00 wholesale badge give you admission to the Show floor from Thursday evening through the end of the Show on Sunday.
This is the first evening the exhibit halls are open. A wholesale badge designation does not guarantee that you will receive discounts or special pricing from any of the Show vendors. Each individual vendor determines his or her own discount policy.
Wholesale badges are only available in advance of the Show through online registration or mail. You can buy them on site prior to and during the Private Shopping Preview. However, you cannot purchase a wholesale badge after the Thursday evening Preview.
